There are many times where we find ourselves overreacting. It may be out of anger, sadness, frustration or honestly a combination of all three. To us, the reaction that we had may have come out of no where. We didn’t intend to get that angry or shout that loud or have that much attitude. We want to blame other people for the way they made us feel, we want to punish them because their actions caused us to react. The truth is, we have to learn how to keep our emotions in check. We need to learn that other people’s reactions cannot and should not control us. We have to find and take the steps to make ourselves whole, this way the treatment we receive from others will not take hold of our emotions
