Moments of Stillness

The days you feel kind of lost 

For the days that we don’t know what to do with ourselves and get anxious because we think we’re supposed to be doing something productive. These are the days we should enjoy the most. 

We have the opportunity to wake up with no alarm. Get out of bed with no rush. We get to brush our teeth then lay back down. These are the moments to cherish. These are the moments we were wishing for when we were “busy”.

Relax.

Not every waking moment needs to be filled with productivity. So, in the moments of stillness, appreciate where you are and how far you have come.
