The middle in this case is referring to the middle of the week.

Wednesday or rather hump day is the day I look forward to the most because I know after this it’s basically the weekend.

Something I have realized that I do a lot when people ask how my day is I tend to respond with “its been perfect and it went by so fast”. I want to stop saying this because it’s making me feel like I am not appreciating the time that I have. Although majority of my time is spent at work there are pockets of “happiness” that I do want to appreciate and by constantly wanting my day to go by faster I am missing the opportunities to enjoy those moments.

I am making an effort to be more present in my own life and not take for granted the moments I get to spend with my friends and family.

All of this came from getting to the glorious hump day that is Wednesday. Enjoy your day on this rotating rock. I hope all of your wishes come true and you are a nice person to someone who needs it.
