Consistency

con·sist·en·cy

/kənˈsistnsē/

noun;

  1. conformity in the application of something, typically that which is necessary for the sake of logic, accuracy, or fairness.
  2. the way in which a substance, typically a liquid, holds together; thickness or viscosity.
  3. My worst enemy

The key to almost everything, especially if you want to be good at it is CONSISTENCY.

You would think the concept of consistency would be a. no brainer. Do the same thing everyday and in return you get the result you are looking for. If you want to be thin/fit/healthy then stay consistent with your workout and food. If you want to become a better dancer then continusouly practice. Are you picking up what I’m throwing down?

One thing I am definitely going to have to work on is being consistent. To be able to contain consistency you must first conquer discipline. Discipline is another another concept that seems east but in reality is tough. To be disciplined is to pick the correct action even if it is harder than the easy one. Being hungry and on the move are you going to grab the bag or chips or the apple ????? Yea you know you want the chips but you SHOULD be getting the apple. A key aspect of myself that I want to be able to conquer is my self discipline. I think now during the holidays is a perfect time to practice.

For example, not over indulging the treats because they are available. Continue my running routine, skin care. I am ready for the challenge.
